Calculation of Structural Number (SN) for Flexible Pavement Design

You can obtain the SN value using the following flexible pavement design nomogram.

However, at Ingeniería Elemental, we present a much faster (and modern) way to do it.

Theoretical Basis

The equation to solve is shown below. In this equation, SN cannot be directly isolated, so an iterative method is required to find the SN value that satisfies the equality.
